Boston Financial takes a serious approach to training. We believe that in order to maintain our edge in the marketplace, we must continually invest in both capital and human resources. Rapid changes in technology, customer servicing requirements and labor markets make training an essential ingredient in our ability to offer competitive services to our clients.

Boston Financial is strongly committed to the ongoing training and career development needs of our associates, and to supporting their everyday work environment. Because our associates are on the front line delivering services, we take extra care to help them fulfill their responsibilities and expectations by providing them with the right kind of training. All of the training we provide our associates is designed to support client business needs, instill sound operational processes, and most of all, provide our clients with knowledgeable associates who can professionally handle their service needs.

Besides our core training program, we offer First Time Qualitytraining, customer service skills training, industry training, regulatory and compliance training, leadership and team development, and specialized product training. We also schedule our staff for training with external professional resources, such as the New England College of Finance and State Street Institute.

We cross-train our associates and managers on key processes for all of our clients. This enables us to call upon the services of other, equally qualified associates when conditions warrant. It also enables team members to mitigate the impact of spikes in processing volumes, and to encourage skills development and new career opportunities.

Put Our Training Team to Work for You
Boston Financial’s Learning and Organizational Development Group provides consulting services to help you resolve business issues and challenges through enhanced training. Our highly experienced staff is comprised of certified financial planners, retirement plan specialists, Series Six licensed trainers and experts on DST® proprietary systems and products. We can provide assistance with training projects, training curriculum design and delivery.

Boston Financial’s Client Service Teams
Our dedicated Client Service Teams form the heart of our service delivery system. A Client Relationship Officer heads up each team, coordinating all of our clients’ needs and ensuring that service performance exceeds service expectations. The other members of the team represent critical functional areas necessary for serving each client. We know that a major factor in the success of our organization is the ability of our associates to consistently perform our services accurately, quickly and professionally.
